Cullen’s early work in energy modeling and LEED project administration led to a broader pursuit of stream restoration design, including geomorphic assessments, Bank Erosion Hazard Index (BEHI) and Near Bank Stress (NBS) assessments, watershed delineations and hydraulic & hydrologic modeling.
