Jennifer has worked with communities throughout the country on efforts to integrate green infrastructure and water resource restoration measures into urban areas and development projects. She has more than 25 years of experience in water resources policy development, planning and design, and she has contributed to the development of national guidance on better site design and illicit discharges.
