Center for Environmental Farming Systems The Institute for Food and Development Policy/Food First shapes how people think by analyzing the root causes of global hunger, poverty, and ecological degradation and developing solutions in partnership with movements working for social change. International Food Policy Research Center The Intervale Center supports financially viable and environmentally sustainable agriculture. We manage 354 acres of farmland, nursery, compost production, trails, and wildlife corridors along the Winooski River in Burlington, Vermont, and we share what we do and what we learn with others around the state and throughout the world. The Center for Urban Education About Sustainable Agriculture (CUESA) Kerr Center for Sustainable Agriculture Community Food Security Coalition National Campaign for Sustainable Agriculture National Sustainable Agriculture Information Service is managed by the National Center for Appropriate Technology (NCAT) and is funded under a grant from the United States Department of Agriculture's Rural Business-Cooperative Service. It provides information and other technical assistance to farmers, ranchers, Extension agents, educators, and others involved in sustainable agriculture in the United States. Harry R. Hughes Center for Agro-Ecology, Inc. International Institute for Sustainable Development The Land Stewardship Project is a private, nonprofit organization founded in 1982 to foster an ethic of stewardship for farmland, to promote sustainable agriculture and to develop sustainable communities. Leopold Center for Sustainable Agriculture LocalHarvest helps people find products from family farms, local sources of sustainably grown food, and encourages them to establish direct contact with small farms in their local area. Northern Plains Sustainable Agriculture Society Organic Farming Research Foundation The Rainforest Alliance's agriculture program supports the international secretariat of the Sustainable Agriculture Network (SAN), a coalition of leading conservation groups that links responsible farmers with conscientious consumers by means of the Rainforest Alliance Certified seal of approval.
