Internships Current Openings Biohabitats Internship Programs Are you interested in conservation, restoration and regenerative design but not sure where to start? Do you have the determination to get your hands dirty, the willingness to learn new skills and a passion for ecological stewardship? If yes then we want you! Throughout the year Biohabitats sponsors internships in our Chesapeake Bay/Delaware Bays Bioregion office. Internships typically span 4-12 week periods, occur throughout the year, and are tailored to fit the skills and interests of each intern.
Form Follows Function Internship Work alongside our ecologists, biologists, geomorphologists, landscape architects, engineers and GIS technicians on a variety of conservation, restoration and regenerative design projects. Work may include field surveys, researching specifications, computer modeling, design sketching and yes, even the occasional filing and database management. Whatever it takes!
For an internship position please submit a cover letter explaining the type of internship program for which you are applying, your interest in Biohabitats and what you hope to achieve from the experience, and your availability.
